The team

Richard Kemp, joint managing partner of london & oxford capital management, has a two decade-long track record in making profitable private equity investments in unquoted companies. He has also worked in corporate banking, equipment leasing and in the international NGO sector. He has carried out widespread consultancy and non-executive director work, for both listed and private companies.

Sectors in which Richard Kemp has been involved include manufacturing, food processing, leisure, insurance, consumer, business services, and publishing. He is a non-executive director of Lincat Group plc, an AIM-listed manufacturer of catering equipment. His career includes spells as an executive director and shareholder of Brown Shipley Development Capital, as a director of Charterhouse Development Capital and as a lending officer at Chemical Bank.

Richard Kemp has a MA in Chemical Engineering from Cambridge University.
