The team

Rob Higham, joint managing partner of london & oxford capital management, is a private equity specialist with extensive experience of financing middle market companies in the UK, Europe and Asia. His career includes 19 years with BancBoston Capital and its parent Bank of Boston, where he was a managing director in London and Hong Kong. He has originated and structured numerous buyouts and development capital financings in several countries, both as lead equity investor and co-investor.

He has also been responsible for providing senior debt and mezzanine for buyouts and for sourcing and supervising a range of investments in private equity and venture capital funds. His track record includes the supervision at board level of acquisitions, strategic plan implementations, company disposals, workouts/restructurings and flotations and other exits.

Rob Higham has an MA in English Language and Literature from Oxford University and is a qualified UK solicitor.
